In addition to an educational licensing or as a separate training experience, residency activities are available with customized masterclasses for the pre-professional student at graduate, college and high school levels. Areas of focus include classes and workshops in Ballet, Modern, Composition / Improvisation and Lang Repertory, where students get to experience a diverse range of movement phrases that are directly from the context of Jessica Lang's creations. Students can also receive valuable one on one guidance through Meet the Artist Q and A sessions.

In addition, specialized workshops in Lang's creative curriculum focused on professional development and career advancement highlighting the necessity of understanding the business of the arts are available. Through carefully designed exercises, her curriculum offers lessons on strengthening communication, time management, creativity, critical thinking and teamwork.
